1. Services
Rayne Edit Studio provides short-form video editing, motion design, content strategy, and related creative services for real estate professionals and other clients. All deliverables, timelines, and revisions are described in the package or proposal agreed to before work begins.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Monthly and weekly subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. One-time package purchases are charged at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees until cancellation.
3. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by emailing the studio. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your package or proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at the studio's hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery; after that, the deliverable is considered accepted.
5. Refunds
Due to the creative nature of the work, refunds are not guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, contact us within 7 days and we will make reasonable revisions to resolve the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all raw footage, logos, and materials you provide. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for your personal or business marketing. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, unpublished content, and client materials as confidential. We will not share them with third parties except as needed to perform the services or as required by law.
8. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear briefs, timely feedback, and all necessary assets. Delays caused by missing information may extend deadlines and are not grounds for a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rayne Edit Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including illness, internet outages, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
